Plateau will be serving Olympic-inspired cocktails from Friday 5th – Sunday 21st August, from their jaw-dropping location atop Canada Place opposite One Canada Square tower in Canary Wharf, with stunning views. The menu includes Cana de Acucar (Sugar Cane) with Cachaca, Limoncello, pineapple, lime juice, sugar syrup, Angostura Bitters, fresh raspberry, fresh blackberry and mint; or Vencedora (Winner) with Bacardi Superior, passionfruit juice, coconut syrup, lime juice and passionfruit puree.

A Summer Of Sport At Tom’s Kitchen

The Refinery Bankside has teamed up with Bacardi to launch its annual Great British Summer pop-up and super-sized outdoor screen on the terrace; this year with a Latin twist.
